Fluidised Bed Dipping

We utilise the oldest and most trusted form of industrial coating, fluidised bed dipping. Meaning your assets are pretreated, usually degreased and shotblasted, heated up to between 250 and 400 degrees C depending upon the coating required, then dipped into the Fluid Bed of plastic. The Powder particles melt onto the metalwork forming a optimum smooth continuous coating.

Grit blasting for the perfect result

Grit blasting utilizes ultra-high speed abrasive particles to shear off residual flakes and dust and sand in the cleaning of castings and for the dressing of billets stampings, ect. Common in prepping surfaces for welding but also in treating materials for improved coating endurance and adhesion.The surface layer is put into compression which helps reduce stress corrosion cracking in heavy metal alloys.
